California Apartment Association Donates to Help Club
The California Apartment Association recently made a $300,000 donation of capital improvements to the Salesian Boys & Girls Clubs in Boyle Heights.
The California Apartment Association has selected the Boys & Girls Clubs of America – L.A. County Alliance as their charity partner. With over 70% of LA residents living in apartments the Association wants to help assure Boys & Girls Clubs can provide safe, fun places for our youth.
CAA associates presented the check to L.A. County Alliance Director David Walker in a ceremony at Los Angeles City Hall hosted by city councilman Jose Huizar.
The group also met the current cast of “Dancing with the Stars” and soldier J.R. Martinez who joined in the appreciation as well.
